Prices are trending firm for most dark meat items; steady to firm for
bone-in breasts, boneless skinless breasts, wings and tenders. Trucklot
buying activity is moderate to good entering the weekend. Offerings of
wings and most dark meat cuts are clearing well and held with extreme
confidence; boneless skinless breast, tenders and bone-in breasts are
light to moderate with jumbo sized boneless skinless breasts in the
better balance. Market activity is moderate to active.
